1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in or using any services provided by spin999, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms constitute a valid agreement between you as a player and the spin999 management.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required not to use spin999 services. Continued use of this website after any amendments to these terms is considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

To create a spin999 account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• A Malaysian citizen or permanent resident
• Never declared bankrupt by any court
• Never been banned from using any online betting platform
• Registering voluntarily without coercion from any party

Each individual is only permitted to hold one registered account. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts involved being suspended without warning.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information including your full name, MyKad number, date of birth, mobile phone number and email address. False or inaccurate information will result in account suspension and cancellation of any winnings.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions at spin999 are processed through designated payment methods. We accept Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes

Player Responsibilities

Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment account information registered is in their own name. spin999 will not process any payment to a third-party account. Any attempt to circumvent transaction limits or transfer funds through unapproved means will result in account freezing.

We do not bear any additional processing charges that may be imposed by third-party financial service providers. Such charges are entirely the player's responsibility.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

spin999 offers various promotions from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions. Players must read and understand the terms of each promotion before claiming it.

Welcome Bonus

The spin999 welcome bonus is a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: If you deposit RM100, you will receive a RM100 bonus bringing your account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. For a deposit of RM800, a maximum bonus of RM300 will be awarded bringing the balance to RM1,100, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be converted directly into cash
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per player
• spin999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period
• Bonuses obtained through unauthorised methods will be cancelled without notice

5. Game Rules and Responsible Gambling

6. Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes

spin999 reserves the right to suspend, close or restrict the account of any player suspected or proven to be involved in the activities listed above. In certain cases, spin999 reserves the right to submit a report to the relevant authorities.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

Players have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the spin999 customer support team via live chat or email. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned to the player after the verification process is complete, subject to the applicable withdrawal policy.

spin999 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any of the stated terms and conditions
• Suspected fraud or criminal activity
• Providing false information during registration or verification
• Request from regulatory or legal authorities
• Account inactive for an extended period in accordance with current policy

In cases where an account is suspended due to a terms violation, spin999 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings associated with the activity that breached those rules.

8. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

spin999 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred by players as a result of betting activity on our platform. All betting risks are borne entirely by the players themselves.

While spin999 strives to keep our platform running without interruption, we do not guarantee a fully continuous and error-free service. spin999 will not be held liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, downtime, or system errors that are beyond our control.

spin999 is also not responsible for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence in safeguarding their password and account information.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, designs, logos, graphics, text and software found on the spin999 website are owned by or licensed to spin999. You are not permitted to copy, distribute, republish or use any of that content without prior written consent from spin999.

The brand name "spin999" and all related trademarks are registered property. Unauthorised use will be subject to appropriate legal action.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which spin999 holds its operating licence. spin999 operates under a recognised international licence and complies with all prescribed regulatory requirements.

Should any dispute arise between a player and spin999, both parties agree to first resolve it through friendly negotiation within 30 days. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules.
